Was Tim Pawlenty scared to diss "ObamneyCare" in Romney's face?

It sure seemed like it. If you're gonna diss your opponent on TV, you better back it up when it comes time to debate. Otherwise you look weak. Pawlenty may have been trying to be civil and polite, but he ended up looking foolish and it made Romney look good. Just sayin'.
