How can sending someone to jail for puffing a little pot, be considered "tough love"?

whats the real question? If weed was as legal as a tomato it would hurt the economy because everyone would grow it making it worth less and less. If you can't get a job because you have a weed arrest then you are retarded or believe everything on TV, its not that hard to get a job. Touch love would be smoking all that persons weed when you find thier stash and then say **** you in their face
