How many and in what order do the HP movies/books go?

HP=Harry Potter, NOT Hewlett Packard :-) I know that there are like 7 books because my work had a t-shirt design contest for the release of the book. The first one is Scorceror's Stone and the most recent one is the Half-Blood Prince, which is in theaters in a few weeks. What's the order of the movies and then how many books are there?
