IS IT OKAY TO WEAR HATS INSIDE?

I think it's fine as long as it's not a winter hat. But my school begs to differ. NO HATS OR HOODS EVERRRR. Hahaha but apart from places like school who say it's a no no because of "safety issues" i think it's acceptable.
