Panasonic PT-LB1 or InFocus IN102 Projector?

I'm choosing between Panasonic PT-LB1 or InFocus IN102 Projector. Both have the same price. I'm new to projectors. From what I've researched, Panasonic is LCD while Infocus is DLP. Both have their own advantages & disadvantages. I only need a projector for powerpoint presentation and a little movie (Not for theater). I don't know which will have less maintenance problems in the future? Thanks.
