What good has affirmative action done so far?

If the ghetto is still the ghetto, then apparently blacks aren't "taking the white man's jobs" as is claimed by anti-AA advocates. If blacks really were getting all these high class, high paying jobs, then blacks wouldn't be the poorest race in America. But undoubtedly, blacks would have an even harder time without AA.
